Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment or stock availability.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders require full payment before work begins.
Processing times for custom orders will be agreed upon before payment.
Once work has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We will provide photos or details for approval before shipping your custom order.
