Change of Mind

Because our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll arrange a replacement of refund where appropriate.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we'll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
